Making the collections journey as painless and easy as possible. The Chase Collections Journey was content-first, and a prime example of adjusting tone for difficult tasks while maintaining the same conversational voice.

Design challenge: There is a lot of information required. We have to gather it all without overwhelming people.

Solution: Use language that reassures people that they're doing great, and tell them why we need each piece of information.

Outcome: Over 12,000 people chose a collections plan after completing this journey.
