Design challenge:We quickly pivoted to adding phone meeting due to the COVID crisis. This added some extra steps in the flow, but we preserved the same friendly, “let’s do this together!” tone.

Outcome: From launch in early 2020 through end early 2021, over 20,000 meetings had been scheduled.
